Guide

Employee gifts people actually keep

An employee gift is one of the simplest ways to show appreciation — and one of the easiest to get wrong. We create original gifts in concrete, metal and wood that don't disappear into a drawer.

Why most employee gifts miss the mark

A branded pen, a power bank or a thermal mug: gifts nobody asked for and few remember. The issue isn't the budget. It's the lack of any real connection to the company behind the gift. A bespoke object with its own shape and materials says the opposite: someone took the time.

Occasions we create gifts for

Welcome packs for new starters

Make the first day memorable with an object worth photographing.

Work anniversaries

A concrete plaque or object engraved with a name and year.

Awards and internal recognition

Concrete and metal trophies instead of generic glass awards.

Christmas and year-end

Candle holders, diffusers and bowls — gifts for the home, not the bin.

Team building and offsites

Games, dominoes, Jenga and objects featuring the event's branding.

Farewells and leaving gifts

A personal piece that celebrates years with the company.

The materials we use

Concrete is our speciality, but our roots are in wood and metal. Most employee gifts bring these materials together: a concrete body with a wooden lid, an engraved metal plate or a brass detail. We choose materials to create the right impression — warm, industrial or premium.

Quantities and lead times

We produce runs from a few dozen pieces to thousands. For a new shape, allow around two to four weeks for design and mould-making before series production begins. If you have a deadline — new starters, a company party or Christmas — tell us from the outset. We'll choose the production method and level of customisation accordingly.
